Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

QplasQplash.com offers free shipping on all domestic orders of $49.99 and up within the United States. All orders under $49.99 will be charged a flat fee of $5.99.

PO Boxes may have an added shipping charge, which will be invoiced after the order is placed

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order and are working to get it shipped out. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the shipping date and tracking number. Shipping times vary; we estimate you will receive your order within 5 – 7 business days of its ship date.

All domestic orders are shipped by trusted carriers (including but not limited to USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Orders placed after 12 pm ET, Monday-Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
